Here's how it works
Appointments are one hour long. You will work one on one with a therapist certified in The Egoscue Method.
Your first appointment will begin with a discussion about your pain history and the goals you want The Egoscue Method to help you achieve.
Subsequent appointments will begin with a status report regarding your progress with the program.
A series of digital photographs will be taken at every appointment. Your therapist will use these photographs to aid in the development of your personalized Egoscue Method menu of exercises (e-cises).
After an analysis of the structural causes of your pain, your therapist will take you through a menu of e-cises designed to realign your body and eliminate your pain. You will receive photos and descriptions of the e-cises that comprise your menu.
Lastly, and most importantly, you will be responsible for doing your menu of e-cises at home every day until your following appointment.
Our Packages
The Egoscue Method works. In fact, clients that come to our Clinic on a regularly scheduled basis enjoy a 95% success rate.
If you communicate with your therapist, do your menu every day, and keep your scheduled appointments, you will achieve your goals. No doubt about it.
In order to help you achieve your goals, we've created a 16 visit package and an 8 visit package.
The 16 visit package offers the greatest economies of scale with visits averaging $155 apiece. The 8 visit package is also a great value with visits averaging $185 apiece.
16 Visit Package: $2495. Purchasing the 16 Visit Package results in a $1505 savings versus purchasing sixteen visits individually.
8 Visit Package: $1495. Purchasing the 8 Visit Package results in a $505 savings versus purchasing eight visits individually.
Individual Visit: $250.
Online Therapy: $595.00 for 8 menus or $99.00 for 1 menu. Can't make it into the clinic? We have the perfect program for you. Just email 4 digital pictures to talitha@egoscue.com. Our Online Therapy Department will perform a computer analysis of your posture and design a menu of e-cises to treat your posture and eliminate your pain. For the photos, please stand in your normal stance, wear shorts and a tucked in t-shirt, and do not wear shoes. Take 1 picture from the front, 1 from the back, and 1 from each side. We need to see your total posture from head to toe.
Webcam Program: Above package rates apply. Experience Egoscue therapy from the comfort of your home or office. The Egoscue Webcam Program has been helping clients from all over the world since 1998. If you are unable to get to our clinic regularly, and you prefer to work one on one with an Egoscue therapist, then this is the perfect program for you.
Having your Egoscue therapy session over a video call is easy. All you need is a computer with a webcam and Skype Software for Mac & PC or iChat for Mac.
