For a personalized Egoscue Method® program, you can send a home video of yourself to an Egoscue therapists or interact with a therapist
live via webcam.
Webcam
Having your Egoscue therapy session over a video call is easy. All you need is a computer with a webcam and Skype Software for Mac and PC or iChat for Mac. You can download a free copy of Skype at www.skype.com and create an account. When you're ready, call (800) 995-8434 for an appointment. Then you will be able to have your posture assessed while talking face-to-face with a therapist.
Appointment fees are $250 per session or $1495 for a package of 8 sessions. For more information call (800) 995-8434.
Home Video
Your video should include a description of your condition, your standing posture and show you walking to and from the camera for our therapists. Once received by an Egoscue Therapist, your video will be viewed, your posture evaluated, and a specific E-cise Menu will be created for you.
Your personal menu of E-cises will be sent back to you via our Online Menu system, where you will be able to access your program immediately via your web account at Egoscue.com. Each E-cise includes a photo and description, as well as a link to watch an instructional video of the E-cise.
