How it Works
Each session with your Egoscue Method® Therapist will last about 1 ½ hrs.
The first appointment will begin with a discussion of your history and the goals you expect the Egoscue Method to help you achieve. Subsequent appointments will begin with a status report and a review of the previous weeks menu.
Starting with digital images and functional tests, your posture and functional capabilities are evaluated. From there a menu is designed based on your specific challenges. Your Egoscue Method therapist will take you through this series of exercises (e-cises) to ensure each exercise is performed properly and the desired outcome is achieved.
Your responsibility will be to do your e-cises daily until your next appointment. At the conclusion of each program, you will feel results like standing taller, more centered balance, and symptom relief.
Our Packages
The Egoscue Method works! In fact, clients that come to our Clinic on a regularly scheduled basis enjoy a 97% success rate. If you communicate with your therapist, do your menu daily, and keep your scheduled appointments, you will achieve your goals. No doubt about it.
In order to help you achieve your goals, we've created a 16-visit package and an 8-visit package.
16-Visit Friends and Family Package - $2495.00
Additional visits (after first eight) - $175 per visit
8-Visit Individual Package - $1495.00
Additional visits (after first eight) - $175 per visit
Individual Visit - $250.00
Maintenance Package - Available after first eight visit are completed
Webcam Visit
Experience Egoscue therapy from the comfort of your home or office. The Egoscue Home Webcam Visit has been helping clients from all over the globe achieve a pain free lifestyle for over 10 years now. For a personalized Egoscue Method® program, you interact with a therapist live via webcam.
Having your Egoscue therapy session is easy. All you need is a computer with a webcam and internal microphone. For PC you can download Skype. For the Mac you can download Skype or ichat. You can download a free copy: Skype at www.skype.com and create an account.
Video appointments are treated just like in person visits. All the same packages above apply.

Experience the most amazing e-cise in Egoscue, while enjoying the company of the Egoscue Therapist and other clients.

Patch® Classes - $20/Per Class or $150 for 10 Classes
This class focuses on gentle exercises and stretches designed to improve posture and restore function. Please wear shorts or workout pants and a T-shirt.

Thursday 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

All the Egoscue Method programs are designed to be home based and use minimal equipment, however all the equipment is available for purchase. It would be our pleasure to order any equipment and have it delivered to your home from our equipment provider Therapy Zone.
The Egoscue Method of postural therapy is non-medical. We do not accept any type of insurance. We do accept all other forms of payment.
